Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, or Walkie) to safely move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse or production areas.
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging systems.
- Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections to ensure safety and proper function.
- Support production and logistics teams by organizing and maintaining materials flow.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines to meet company’s quality standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, or Walkie experience preferred).
- 1+ year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
